Shipping

- All items, when in stock, are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days (Mon-Fri).  Average processing time is generally 3-5 business days.

- An email will be sent with tracking information when the order ships.

- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Orders will be shipped using US Postal Service Ground Advantage.  UPS or FedEx shipping can be requested for an additional fee.  Call or email to get a quote.  USPS Ground Advantage service includes up to $100 of included insurance on each order.  Additional insurance can be purchased for each item, and will cover the total cost of the item.  The "Add Shipping Insurance" option is available on each product page above the "Add to Bag".  In the event no additional insurance was purchased, and an item(s) is lost during shipping and can not be recovered, the maximum claim we can file with the USPS, for the missing item(s), is $100.

- Once an order is shipped, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.  However, delivery times can be longer during holidays and this is out of our control.

- We only ship to addresses within the United States.  International shipping is not available.
