Important Ordering Information:

**Due to high demand, please allow up to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) for order processing.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.  Tracking information is emailed when the order ships. 

**All products can only be shipped to addresses in the United States. 

**When placing an order, all information on the order form is required.  There are two places on the first page for the email address that must be filled in.  A valid phone number is required on the first page and the second page of the order form.  If these are not filled in, your order will not be completed.
